WebExcellent support, and once you get your head around how it all works, it's a fantastic setup. My one complaint is that your storage capacity is once-and-for-all tied to your CPU/RAM. You can't get more storage easily without getting additional hosts. So, we're often overprovisioned for the latter. Still, very much worth the investment! WebNutanix's entire platform is open source software cobbled together to make commercial products with cool-sounding names slapped on them like 'Prism' and 'Clear'. If you understand software like zookeeper and cassandra, you can dig under the hood of the Nutanix product and get what's going on.
