WebJun 30, 2024 · First check the event viewer and check the event when the note2016 crashed. You should get a lot of information there. If you're lucky it should tell you whats the cause of the crash. If not, then go install windbg and find the dump file of the Note2016 and analyse it. That should give you the cause of the crash. I have already uninstalled it, restarted the IPad, disabled autosynch and reset OneNote itself but nothing seems to work. Does someone have a solution for that problem I really depend on it. Thanks!
