WebWell, I seem to have resolved the issue. This is what I did if anyone else runs into this. I went into Win 10 Apps settings, selected Python 3.10, Advanced Options, and Reset the app. I then re-added "git pull" to the webui-user.bat, and ran it a few times over 10 minutes.
