WebJan 22, 2012 · This continues to be the most amazing afternoon tea experience in DC. I've been to tea at the Renaissance Mayflower and at the Mandarin Oriental and the Willard far surpasses both. The hotel is always beautifully decorated, but especially during the holidays. The china and decor are beautiful. The harp was a wonderful compliment to the ambiance.
