Both are very good games and I think the negative publicity that SFG deservedly got has clouded the public opinion on Godtear. With that said: Skytear It feels a lot more hybrid. There's a lot of cardplay and it gives me somewhat of a MTG feel. Is quite excellently balanced and there are stats to back this.
