WebReflex sights are gun mods. You can add reflex sights to most, if not all guns, at a weapons workshop. They make aiming in VR a little easier, though the guns I've added it to don't have a sight on the end of the barrel. The reflex sight on the pipe pistol doesn’t work right, the ones on the 10mm and 44 do though.
