WebChildren’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) established in CHOs 9, 7 and 5 reconfigured officially in September 2024. Each geographical area in the country has agreed ‘lead agencies’ to manage defined CDNTs. As a lead agency we are responsible for five network teams across these three CHOs.
